By downloading or using Nearish, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully — they are written to be clear and fair, not to confuse you.
1. The service
Nearish is an iOS application that helps travelers find restaurants, shops, and places of interest anywhere in the world by stacking multiple searches and displaying results on a single map. The app does not require knowledge of the local language to use.
2. Accounts
You can create an account using your Apple ID or an email address. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Nearish is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
3. Plans and purchases
Nearish offers a free plan and a paid plan called Searcher (4,99 €, one-time payment).
- Free plan: includes 15 lifetime searches and up to 5 simultaneous searches on the map.
- Searcher plan: includes 1,000 searches that never expire and up to 10 simultaneous searches. Purchased once through the App Store.
All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's own terms and refund policies. We do not issue refunds directly — please contact Apple Support for purchase issues.
4. Search credits
Credits purchased through the Searcher plan do not expire and are tied to your account. They cannot be transferred to another account or redeemed for cash.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the app or its underlying APIs.
- Use Nearish for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to circumvent plan limits through technical means.
- Create multiple accounts to exploit the free tier.
6. Availability
Nearish depends on third-party search APIs and mapping services. We do not guarantee 100% uptime. The app may be unavailable for maintenance or due to factors outside our control. We will not be liable for any inconvenience caused by temporary outages.
7. Location data
The app requests access to your device's location solely to perform nearby searches. Your location is used only in the moment and is never stored. You can revoke location access at any time through your device settings; doing so will prevent the app from performing proximity-based searches.
8. Intellectual property
All content, design, and code in Nearish is owned by Trecesietes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
Nearish is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of search results, business information, or map data, as these come from third-party providers. Always verify critical information (opening hours, addresses, etc.) directly with the establishment.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trecesietes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Nearish, including but not limited to missed places, incorrect information, or service interruptions.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spain, unless mandatory local consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app evolves. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Al descargar o usar Nearish, aceptas estos Términos de uso. Léelos con atención — están escritos para ser claros y justos, no para confundirte.
1. El servicio
Nearish es una aplicación iOS que ayuda a viajeros a encontrar restaurantes, tiendas y lugares de interés en cualquier parte del mundo apilando múltiples búsquedas y mostrando los resultados en un único mapa. La app no requiere conocimientos del idioma local.
2. Cuentas
Puedes crear una cuenta con tu Apple ID o una dirección de email. Eres responsable de mantener tus credenciales seguras. Nearish no se hace responsable de ningún perjuicio derivado de un acceso no autorizado a tu cuenta.
3. Planes y compras
Nearish ofrece un plan gratuito y un plan de pago llamado Searcher (4,99 €, pago único).
- Plan Gratis: incluye 15 búsquedas de por vida y hasta 5 búsquedas simultáneas en el mapa.
- Plan Searcher: incluye 1.000 búsquedas que no caducan nunca y hasta 10 búsquedas simultáneas. Se compra una sola vez a través del App Store.
Todas las compras las gestiona Apple y están sujetas a sus propios términos y política de reembolso. No realizamos reembolsos directamente — contacta con el soporte de Apple para cualquier incidencia de compra.
4. Créditos de búsqueda
Los créditos adquiridos con el plan Searcher no caducan y están vinculados a tu cuenta. No son transferibles a otra cuenta ni canjeables por dinero.
5. Uso aceptable
Aceptas no:
- Intentar realizar ingeniería inversa, scraping o extracción de datos de la app o sus APIs.
- Usar Nearish para fines ilegales.
- Intentar eludir los límites del plan por medios técnicos.
- Crear múltiples cuentas para aprovecharte del plan gratuito.
6. Disponibilidad
Nearish depende de APIs de búsqueda y servicios de mapas de terceros. No garantizamos una disponibilidad del 100%. La app puede no estar disponible por mantenimiento o por causas ajenas a nuestro control. No seremos responsables de los inconvenientes causados por interrupciones temporales.
7. Datos de ubicación
La app solicita acceso a tu ubicación únicamente para realizar búsquedas cercanas. Tu ubicación se utiliza solo en el momento y nunca se almacena. Puedes revocar el acceso a la ubicación en cualquier momento desde los ajustes del dispositivo; hacerlo impedirá que la app realice búsquedas por proximidad.
8. Propiedad intelectual
Todo el contenido, diseño y código de Nearish pertenece a Trecesietes. No puedes reproducir, distribuir ni crear obras derivadas sin permiso por escrito.
9. Ausencia de garantías
Nearish se ofrece "tal cual". No garantizamos la exactitud de los resultados de búsqueda, la información de los negocios ni los datos de mapas, ya que provienen de proveedores externos. Verifica siempre la información crítica (horarios, direcciones, etc.) directamente con el establecimiento.
10. Limitación de responsabilidad
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, Trecesietes no será responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados del uso de Nearish, incluyendo lugares no encontrados, información incorrecta o interrupciones del servicio.
11. Legislación aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por la legislación española. Cualquier disputa se resolverá en los tribunales de España, salvo que la normativa local de protección al consumidor establezca otra cosa.
12. Cambios en estos términos
Podemos actualizar estos términos a medida que la app evolucione. Notificaremos a los usuarios de cambios relevantes. El uso continuado implica la aceptación de los cambios.
